Pacific Metal Fabrication uses modern drilling machines and radial drills that allow us to drill continuous holes of up to 3” in diameter. Our automated drilling machines produce clean-cut holes on brackets, fixtures, displays, and several other structural sheet metal parts. We can also drill any aluminum, steel, or stainless steel part to precision design requirements. Shearing Services

Pacific Metal Fabrication offers shearing services with a wide range of small and large shears to perform shearing on any type of sheet metal or structural steel components. While our large shear can handle components that are ¼” thick and 12’ long, parts with 22 gage and 4’ in length can be sheared by our small shears. Both shearing machines are maintained to provide square and efficient cuts.

Pacific Metal Fabrication’s shearing services include trimming, blanking, and piercing. HVLP & Airless Spray Painting Services

Pacific Metal Fabrication provides corrosion resistant, non-sticky coatings on a wide range of products using HVLP or airless spray technology. Metal parts can be finished with enamel paints in our new 14’ x 26’ paint booth. Brush painting is also provided for sheet metal, structural, and architectural parts. Components can be coated to military or any other customer-specified standards.

From handling “one-off” fabrication jobs to producing hundreds of parts, Pacific Metal Fabrication offers sheet metal forming of parts up to 10’ in length. Our 250-ton CNC-controlled press brakes, 15-ton press brake and 90-ton ironworker can handle simple as well as complex profiles. We have the heavy duty equipment capable of forming structural steel components weighing up to 100 tons.
