Stanfield vibrators are designed for heavy duty continuous operation. They are designed for many applications such as large bins, hoppers, concrete forms, trucks, rail cars, and vibrating tables. These units have proven their value in the toughest applications and conditions and are the result of years of experience in the design and development of vibrating equipment. All units are manufactured in the USA and have been designed to eliminate costly repairs and downtime.
All vibrators are equipped with a patented flexible drive coupling assembly between the vibrators eccentrics and the drive motor. Isolating the drive motor eliminates costly downtime for repairs while maximizing the vibrators life.
Stanfield vibrators are designed so that the force and frequency can be independently adjusted. Positive frequency and force controls allow you to achieve maximum material flow with a minimum amount of effort going into your bin. In most cases our hydraulic vibrators can be plumbed to your existing hydraulic system without affecting the overall operation. If required we can design and supply a hydraulic power unit to drive the vibrators.
Stanfield pneumatic vibrators are offered in forces ranging up to 13,000 lbs of force and the hydraulic models are offered in forces ranging up to 17,000 lbs of force. Units are available in a bolt-on type base for permanent mounting or a clamp-on style for portability.
(9) The Stanfield Pronged Sphere and Pyramid Internal Vibrators are compact units that solve all bridging, ratholing and clinging material problems, easily breaking up even frozen material. Move from silo to silo for cleaning of occasional material hang-ups if there are many silos and cost would prohibit purchase of units for each silo, or hang units in silos permanently and activate with a limit switch or a timer for a complete automatic material moving solution. The units require no welding of wear plates, channels or reinforcing of cones, bins, or silos and cause no sparks or noise outside the cone, bin or silo.
The Pronged Sphere or Pronged Pyramid Internal Vibrators are easy to install, are rugged and completely versatile. ...
Pacific Metal Fabrication Vibrating Rail Platforms are adaptable to all types and sizes of rail cars and unloading systems (even rotary dumpers where vibration is required to unload frozen or wet sticky materials). Rail cars are unloaded by moving them across a series of high frequency, variable speed, hydraulic vibrating platforms without stopping the train. It should be noted that the rail cars are not violently shaken in this process.
The platforms are operated on the frequency of the material which allows the material to discharge freely. Partially frozen or wet materials may require the rail cars to be spotted on the platforms and vibrated. Extremely frozen materials would require an optional hydraulic ram to be ...
(5) Stanfield Vibrators unload rail cars faster, cleaner, quieter and with less labor. The Stanfield Portable Hydraulic Rail Car Unloading System consists of two parts, the Hydraulic Vibrator and the Portable Hydraulic Pump Unit. They are easy to operate ... just mount the vibrator, clamp the feet, plug in the pump unit and empty the rail car. The system is portable and easy for one person to handle. It is powerful, quick to mount and disconnect and is reliable, safe and quiet. It is low maintenance and eliminates demurrage costs.
Stanfield Hydraulic Vibrators unload the following materials with ease (even if frozen or with moisture present): Coal, Sand, Clay, Salt, Lime, Wood Chips, Sodium Nitrate, Gypsum, Grains, Flour, ...
Pacific Metal Fabrication offers a complete line of vibrating tables to meet your requirements. Our engineers will assist you in the best selection of vibrators and table for your application. Automatic systems are designed to fit into your existing applications.
Vibration is isolated from the table frame and floor by using either inflatable air mounts, rubber mounts or springs. Tables are supplied with your choice of Electric, Pneumatic or Hydraulic Vibrators. The units speed and force are adjustable to achieve the desired action. All units are constructed for heavy duty operation.
Suggested applications include test tables and compaction tables. Test tables typically are used for simulation of handling and ...
